Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise, except gift cards, can be returned as long as it is in the original package. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.

How to Order

Shopping made easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart," and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

Once you've clicked "Add to Cart" on an item:

Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping, save the item in your Shopping Cart to purchase at a later date, or continue to Check Out. Once you choose to check out, you'll provide your billing and shipping information in a secure environment, and you will be taken directly to the Review Order and Specify Payment Method screens.

You will have a chance to review your order, including any discounts, tax, and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.

You will then see an Order Confirmation screen which indicates we've received your order, and it gives you a confirmation number for your order that you can reference later if needed.

We'll send an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you provided within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This e-mail is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased, your shipping and delivery information, and any applicable rebate forms.

Placing an Order
BPCorp ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does it ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The risk of loss or damage of merchandise ordered on the Web site is passed on to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any major credit card. BPCorp reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

BPCorp charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site, based on the applicable state sales tax rate in Florida.

Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All returns of merchandise are subject to the BPCorp return policy, available under Returns and Exchanges.
